You tell us what is going on and where you live. We then connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area and handles that kind of work.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be clear and respectful with homeowners. In practice, that means:

• Put the estimate before work in writing
• Answer questions without pressure

Each provider is responsible for their own licensing, insurance and workmanship. Please ask about these directly.

What we do not do

We don't perform the work, set the price or promise a specific result. We don't decide what your system needs. The provider you speak with does that after seeing it.

We also don't speak for your insurance company. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How we are paid
